'La Pâtisserie' is the first series of miniature handmade felt sculptures of French pastries - croissant, macaron, crepes - transformed into seamless pattern design. Blackcurrant Mousse is a blackcurrant-flavoured chilled dessert with purple beautyberries, while the chocolate mousse is the chocolate-flavoured version. Eclair refers to a long, thin individual golden yellow cake of choux pastry filled with cream and topped with chocolate icing. Jam cookie is a cookie sandwich with red jam. Macaron is a coloured sweet meringue-based confection, in this case in pink. Mixed Fruit Tartlet is a miniature tart topped with fruits, including green kiwi, strawberry, and mango. Mont Blanc is a dessert of sweetened brown chestnut purée in the form of vermicelli, topped with whipped cream. It was created in nineteenth-century Paris. The name comes from Mont Blanc, as the dish resembles a snow-capped mountain. Napoléon - Initially named mille-feuille (which means a "thousand layers" in French), the brown layered cake was brought to Russia in the early 19th century and was widely cooked during the festivities after the victory against the French army of Napoléon Bonaparte in 1812. Parfait is a layered cream in a glass jar, including pink strawberry-flavoured cream. Pretzel is a golden yellow crisp biscuit baked in the form of a knot. Strawberry tartlet is a miniature tart with red strawberries.
