How to take custom order(s)?

1. Choose your chain length
2. Add to cart
3. At the checkout page, there's a 'customer note' section. Please click to expand.
4. In your customer note, please let me know what you'd like on your jewelry:

• Length (e.g. 61.0 cm)
• Quantity (e.g. 2 chains in total; 1 chain of 14 cm and 1 chain of 16 cm)

***This is an add-on to the current earring set. If you'd like to convert your earring set into a necklace/bracelet/anklet with a customised length, this chains add-on is for you.

Materials:

• Gold stainless steel hypoallergenic nickel-free earring hooks, jewelry chains, and jump rings

Dimensions [Length x Width x Height]:

• Chained clasps - 1.1 x 1.1 x 4.0 cm

Pay by installment:

If you're paying by installment with Splitit, your order will be dispatched after your 2nd last installment. (e.g. You are paying by 4 installments = your order will be dispatched by your 3rd installment)

Shipping:

• Total shipping cost is calculated at checkout
• Free shipping with tracking number for orders over £100
• This is a preorder item, so the production will start AFTER the preorder deadline 28th FEBRUARY 2021 11:59 PM
• Cancellation is acceptable anytime BEFORE the preorder deadline. Once your order has been counted after the deadline, I will not be able to cancel it.
• Production and packaging takes about 1 - 5 days.
• All shipping includes TRACKING, which takes around 14 - 30 days.
• Please check that your shipping address is correct. If you're relocating, please email me hey@feltto.com ASAP to edit your address.
• Please note that there might be delivery delays. These are out of my control, but I do my best to keep you updated via email and/or DM on social media.
• In total, your order will take about 1 - 2 months to reach you after dispatch.
